{e}. By way of Rachelle Levingston watercolorist. Thank you Audrie for yet another very inspiring artist! I enjoyed perusing Rachelle's Easy shop. And yes, there is an elephant in the room, grin.
Rachel's original painting captivated me. So much so, I got out my watercolors.
The pachyderm is a Stamps Happen Stamp called 'Her Majesty'. I used the Fabriano Bristol Hot Press 140 paper. Colored A LONG TIME. cut her out, scored the ears (oh, another [e] word]! Placed her in front of the Stampers Anonymous collage. Added a bit of texture with a dry embossing folder. Dug through my Scrabble letters for an 'E'. A piece of Basic Grey paper, some staples, and it was an example of being inspired in Rachelle Levingston's shop.
Hope you have an exceptional day. Thanks for stopping by.

Your cards contain so many interesting elements, from the stamps you use to the wonderful embellishments. Love the texture you added not only with the embossing folder but even scoring his ears. What a wonderful card, Susan!

Oh my goodness I love your elephant and love the layering and colors on your card. Beautifully done with your inspiration I saw that one and it really stood out to me too.

You wish for our day was even in keeping with your "E" theme. Thanks for the wish. Her Majesty turned out beautifully! I'll bet the scoring on the ears is even more incredible IRL. They certainly have life like look on your card! Beautifully executed inspiration!
